Lodging facilities offering special summer menus
Executive Chef Eric Feldbusch is looking to cook up some specialty dishes for summertime guests at the Belfry House's Bistro 67, 3601 Highway 67 in Delavan.
In addition to specialty menu items, Bistro 67 is offering an afternoon tea, which includes a selection of snack items and sandwiches.
Grand Geneva Resort & spa is celebrating America's 250th anniversary with the pop-up tavern 1776, which features patriotic-themed menu items.

The Belfry House's Bistro 67 and Grand Geneva Resort & Spa are featuring summer menus.
Bistro 67, 3601 Highway 67 in Delavan, is offering several main dishes including chicken d' Auge, lamb shank tagine and beef bourguignon, as well as several dessert items including lemon meringue pie, creme brulee, berry cobbler and molten chocolate cake.
Executive Chef Eric Feldbusch said most of the ingredients are produced by local farmers.
The bistro also offers an afternoon tea, that includes lemon madeleines, baked scones, creme fraiche and seasonal tea sandwiches, as well as a choice of black, herbal or green tea.
Feldbusch said he usually changes the menu three times a year.
"It's some minor adjustments here and there, so I can stay with the seasons," he said.
Feldbusch has worked as a chef for about 25 years, two of those at Belfry House's Bistro 67 and Opus at the Belfry House.
"Maybe five or six years ago, my wife asked me what my dream job would be, and I was describing a place that had less than 30 seats, a tasty menu and an open-kitchen design," Feldbusch said. "So when I got here, she realized this is what I described."

Tavern 1776 at Grand Geneva Resort
The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, 7036 Grand Geneva Way in Lyons, is featuring a pop-up bar, Tavern 1776, to honor America's 250th anniversary.
"We wanted to go all in and celebrate it in a different way," said Adnan Khan, director of food and beverage.
The tavern features several patriotic-themed menu items including the "Smokehouse," "Midnight Ride," "Declaration," "Provision" and "Liberty fries."
Khan said one of the more popular items is the "Provision," which includes short-rib sliders.
"It comes with caramelized onions, aged cheddar and there's the chef's seasoning on it, which makes it very rich," Khan said.
Tavern 1776 also offers a selection of patriotic-themed drinks including the "Patriot," "Taxation without Representation," "Redcoat," "Loyalist," "Diplomat," and "Independence."
Khan said one of the more popular drinks is the "Taxation without Representation," which features spiced rum, fruit and citrus.
The tavern is illuminated by lantern lights and decorated with historic flags, weathered wood and portraits of America's founding fathers.
Tavern 1776 will be open through Aug. 2, after which the area will revert to the Evolve Night Club.
From late November through early January, the resort will host the "Tinsel & Tonic" pop-up bar, featureing holiday-themed food and drinks.
"We're just focused on creating all these pop-up experiences for our guests, because that's what the guests like these days," Khan said.
