Obama's return to Wisconsin brings him to a state, and region, he handedly won in both his presidential bids.
"I look back at all the people that I supported for president … I voted for a Republican for president every time," Cowles said. "I'm not doing it this time."
Joining the vice president Wednesday evening will be Mumford and Sons, Gracie Abrams, Remi Wolf and Matt Berninger and Aaron Dresner from The National.
Republicans and Democrats have been pushing voters to cast ballots early, leading to the surge and reports of people waiting in line for hours.
