Defense turned a corner, at times
Well - slow start but once the defense shut down Holy Cross and the offense got humming it was good. Great ball movement on offense, good transitioning on Defense. #Badgers

Felt like an opponent Crowl should excel against
Hard to be certain against this quality of opponent but guard play looked good. Really like Tonje, brings some nice versatility at guard. Depth with the bigs may be a concern especially with Crowl’s underwhelming performance.

Crowl and Winters playing together doesn't work. Slows down the offense and doesn't allow for penetration. Leads to too much standing around on the perimeter.

When every other conference is on ESPN+, putting your games on B1G+, is such a bad move, few can see your games. Big Ten is the only conference that makes you pay for two services, B1G+ and Peacock. I’m so mad at Warren for this deal. Makes a bad deal and jolts to the Bears.

The Badgers were caught off guard by a hot start from Holy Cross. It allowed them to show off some defensive promise.
Montana State has been to the NCAA Tournament more times in the last three years than the Badgers.
