A 36-year-old Racine woman who was accused of neglecting her five children pleaded no contest to three of five charges Feb. 7.
A 52-year-old man accused in connection to a sexual assault and shooting was sentenced to 18 months in the Racine County Jail on Monday.
Two Racine residents have been charged with possessing child pornography so far this month.Â
