Laborfest, which Kenosha has hosted since 1981, will be held — rain or shine — from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday at the band shell at Pennoyer Park, 3601 Seventh Ave. The festival will feature live music, food and beverages for purchase and other activities.
