Spring Lunch Train — Noon, East Troy Electric Railroad, 2002 Church St., East Troy, easttroyrr.org/dinner-trains.html. Menu items include Peperoni Ripieni, Rhubarb Shortbread Bars and a Wisconsin cheeseboard. Have lunch while on a train ride through the Wisconsin countryside. Tickets $99, plus fees.

Geneva Cheese Festival — 4-9 p.m., Lake Geneva House of Music, N3241 County Road H, town of Geneva, lghom.com/genevacheesefestival. First of the three-day celebration of wine and craft beers; Americana country, folk and bluegrass music; and of course, cheese. Today's entertainment schedule: Listening Party 5-6:30 p.m.; Jonny Lyons & the Pride 7:30-9:30 p.m.; and Tony John & the Flatlanders String Band 9:30-11:30 p.m. Free tickets at link.
Low Country Shrimp Boil — 5-8 p.m., American Legion Building, 735 Henry St., Lake Geneva. The Sons of the American Legion kicks off its shrimp boil fundraising season with its first of three dates. All-you-can-eat shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes. Cost $25 adults, $10 ages 12 and younger, free for those younger than 5. Future dates: June 12 and Sept. 18.
Bob Seger Tribute — 7 p.m., Belfry Music Theatre, 3601 Highway 67, Delavan, belfrymusictheatre.com. Turn The Page performs. Note: On May 11, Belfry's website stated the event is sold out. To join waitlist, visit website.
"Into the Woods" — 7:3010:30 p.m., The Historic Sprague Theater, 15 W. Walworth St., Elkhorn, lakeland-players.org. The Lakeland Players performs a PG-13 musical. Tickets $20. 2026 Geneva Cheese Festival — 11 a.m.-9 p.m., Lake Geneva House of Music, lghom.com/genevacheesefestival. Entertainment for the second day of the festival has Aidan Muse with the Lucky Pickers noon-2 p.m.; Tipsy Town 2-4 p.m.; Brendan Forrest & Friends 4:30-6:30 p.m.; Hello Death 7-9 p.m.; and Dylan & Young 9:30-11:30 p.m. Free tickets at link.
Pickleball Court Grand Opening — 3-6 p.m., Dunn Park, 600 Waverly St., Lake Geneva. Try out the new pickleball court! Lake Geneva Symphony Orchestra — 7-9 p.m., Big Foot Performing Arts Center, 401 Devils Lane, Walworth, bigfootfinearts.org. Expect the LGSO to play Beethoven's "Leonore Overture No. 2," "Rimsky-Korsakov's "Russian Easter Overture," and Aaron Copland's "Appalachian Spring." Performing with the orchestra is the winner of the LGSO's concerto competition.
Southern Rock Tribute — 7 p.m., Belfry Music Theatre, belfrymusictheatre.com. The Sam Morrison Band performs the music of Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Allman Brothers, the Marshall Tucker Band and more. Tickets $72-88.
SUNDAY, MAY 17
Elkhorn Antique Flea Market — 7 a.m.-3 p.m., Walworth County Fairgrounds, 411 E. Court St., Elkhorn, elkhornantiquefleamarket.com. The 2026 season begins for one of Walworth County's largest and longest-running flea markets. Over 500 vendors, indoors and out. Cost: $5 at the gate. Free parking, rain or shine.
