Marcus Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Jeff Neuzil as the new resort manager of Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, 7020 Grand Geneva Way, town of Lyons.
According to a press release, Neuzil brings extensive experience to the role as Timber Ridge celebrates its 25th anniversary.
Previously, Neuzil served as the director of rooms at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, 7036 Grand Geneva Way, town of Lyons. Timber Ridge and Grand Geneva are operated by Marcus Hotels & Resorts.
At Grand Geneva, Neuzil managed 358 guest rooms and suites along with 29 luxury villas and 136 timeshare units. He also directed multiple departments, and under his leadership, the resort developed and launched its service platform.
Prior to joining Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Neuzil served as the general manager of the Country Inn & Suites, a Marion Hospitality hotel in Crystal Lake, Illinois. His previous roles include general manager of the Holiday Inn Charlotte University in Charlotte, NC, and task force manager with Archon Hospitality.
In his new role at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, Neuzil will focus on implementing new tools and services to enhance the guest experience, as well as launching new innovative family-friendly programming and offers, ensuring the lodge remains a top Midwest destination for families and leisure travelers.
