National program recognizes Elkhorn company president
Adams
ELKHORN — The president of a home services company is a Wisconsin Titan 100 honoree.
Titan 100 recognizes Wisconsin’s Top 100 CEOs and C-level executives using criteria that include demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision and passion.
A national program, Titan 100 is sponsored this year by Advantage Bank and Wipfli LLP.
Jesse Adams, president of Adams — which is centered at 801 N. Wisconsin St., Elkhorn — said it is a privilege to be a 2026 Wisconsin Titan 100 honoree.
In a press release from Titan CEO and the Adams company, Jesse said it is really a reflection of all of the people behind the company.
“Their dedication, skill, and pride in their work are what keep the company growing and our customers coming back,” he said. “Our people are our power.”
As a Titan 100 honoree, Adams will be celebrated at the Titan 100 awards event Jan. 29, 2026, at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.
“These trailblazing leaders inspire transformation across industries, uplift communities, and drive meaningful change,” said Jaime Zawmon, president of Titan CEO.
Under his leadership, Adams guided the Elkhorn-based company through a period of significant expansion, completing multiple acquisitions, extending the geographic footprint of the business, and broadening its range of services.
What began as a single-location electrical contractor has grown into a full-service provider of generators, plumbing, HVAC, solar and smart-home solutions serving homeowners and businesses across Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
Adams credited the company’s success to its long-standing culture of professionalism, humility and continuous improvement, as well as its unwavering commitment to the company’s core values of attitude, partnership, integrity, people and excellence.
He returned to Wisconsin nearly a decade ago to build on the legacy of his family’s business.
Since then, Jesse has led the company through over 15 acquisitions, expanded to seven locations and achieved growth while maintaining integrity and service standards that have defined the Adams business for almost 40 years.
Beyond business growth, Jesse’s leadership is marked by fostering employee development, supporting community initiatives and by serving on the Safe Families for Children Wisconsin board and the Gateway Technical College Board of Trustees.
Collectively, the 2026 Wisconsin Titan 100 and their companies employ over 64,000 individuals and generate over $14 billion in annual revenues. Learn more at www.titan100.biz.
