Village of Fontana Notice of Newly Enacted Ordinance Please take notice that the Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake, Walworth County, enacted Ordinance No. 030623-01. The Zoning Code Ordinance Amendments repeal and recreate figures in sections 18-331 through 18-337 and 18-339 through 18-347 of the Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake Municipal Code and Extraterritorial Zoning Code to correct language and drafting errors.
